Timed ticketing allows you to purchase a ticket for time of arrival.  When you arrive you are checked in and placed in the cue line.  This reduces wait times as only a limited amount of tickets are sold for each time slot.  

Tickets can be purchased as gifts for others.

If not sold out, you can still purchase tickets on site using cash , debit or credit cards.  Tickets purchased on site have a $5 per haunt surcharge.
