The ScareGrounds Haunted Attractions will be open on the following nights in 2026:

October 2-3
October 9-10
October 16-17
October 22-24
October 28-31

The attractions open at 7:00 PM. Closing times may vary according to the evening and ticket schedule.

 Guests who purchase a ticket or combo ticket for October 2 or October 3 will receive one complimentary same-night return trip through the same attraction or if a combo ticket customer will choose which attraction they want to use the same-night return ticket on.

The complimentary return admission:

• Must be used by the original ticket holder.
• Must be used on the same night as the purchased admission.
• Cannot be transferred to another person.
• Cannot be saved for a different night.
• Is subject to attraction capacity and staff instructions.

This promotion is available on October 2 and October 3, 2026, only.

We are just west of ABC Supply. Guests will enter through the ABC Supply parking lot then proceed to the ScareGrounds entrance. Please follow the posted signs when you arrive. 

One Haunt: $25 per person
Two-Haunt Combination Ticket: $45 per person
Two-Haunt Fast Pass: $70 per person

Online tickets are recommended. If an evening is not sold out, tickets may also be purchased onsite using cash, debit card or credit card.

Tickets purchased onsite have an additional $5-per-haunt surcharge.

The two-haunt combination ticket includes one person general admission to The Asylum and to Juniper Hollow on the date selected. 

Timed ticketing allows you to select an arrival window when purchasing your tickets.

Your selected time is your arrival and check-in time, not a guaranteed immediate entrance time. After checking in, you will be placed in the appropriate queue line.

Limiting the number of tickets available during each arrival window helps us reduce excessive wait times.

Please arrive during the time shown on your ticket.

Yes, if tickets remain available. Tickets may be purchased onsite using cash, debit card or credit card.  

Onsite tickets have an additional $5-per-haunt surcharge. Because popular nights and arrival times may sell out, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance.

Please keep in mind when purchasing on-site tickets that everyone else in the line, purchased tickets before you.

Yes. Tickets may be purchased for friends or family members.  

Please make sure the recipient receives the ticket and knows the correct date and arrival time.

The ScareGrounds is designed to be frightening. Our attractions contain darkness, loud noises, startling effects, frightening characters and disturbing scenes.  All guests receive the same scare factor.

We recommend our haunted attractions for guests age 12 and older. However, children respond differently to frightening experiences, so the final decision is left to the parent or guardian.

For safety reasons, every child must be able to walk through the attraction independently and remain on their feet. Children cannot be carried through any portion of the attractions.

All children must remain with their accompanying adult and follow staff instructions.

Guests who become too frightened to enter or complete an attraction will not receive a refund.

• NO Weapons or items that resemble weapons
• NO CELL PHONES INSIDE THE HAUNTS.  You may use them while waiting in the queue lines.
• NO photos, videos, or audio recording while in the attractions.
• NO food or drinks past the queue lines.
• NO Alcohol or illegal drugs
• NO Smoking or vaping as specified by Oregon Fire Marshal requirements.
• NO Open flames
• NO Flashlights, laser pointers, glow sticks, or similar devices
• NO Outside props OR masks that could create a safety hazard
• Any item staff determines may interfere with the attraction or other guests.

Guests who appear intoxicated, behave aggressively or refuse to follow staff instructions may be denied entry or removed without a refund.

 For everyone’s safety:

• Security cameras are present.
• No swearing or vulgar language.
• Walk do not run.
• Stay on the designated path.
• Do not touch actors, props or scenery.
• Do not climb on attraction structures.
• Do not use flashlights or phone lights.
• Do not stop intentionally or attempt to frighten other groups.
• Follow all instructions given by ScareGrounds staff.
• Treat every marked exit as a real exit.

Guests who damage property, threaten others or refuse to follow safety instructions will be removed from the property without a refund.  We report all vandalism and violence to the Redmond Police Department.

Our attractions have “chicken exits” located throughout the experience.

If you decide that you do not want to continue, tell an actor or staff member, “I want a chicken exit.” A staff member will direct or escort you to the nearest available exit.

Exit signs are posted throughout the attractions. We do not use fake or misleading exit signs. Every marked exit is a real exit.

If you go through a marked exit door, you are leaving the attraction. Once you exit, you will not be permitted to reenter, and no refund will be provided.

The ScareGrounds operates in rain or shine. October weather can be warm or cold.  You should dress appropriately.  Wear closed toe shoes. However, severe weather, unsafe conditions or an unexpected emergency may require a delayed opening or closure.

Any important weather announcements or schedule changes will be posted on our website and social-media pages.

Tickets are valid for the date and arrival time selected at purchase. All ticket sales are final unless The ScareGrounds cancels the event.  We have never canceled an event.

Refunds will not be provided if a guest:

• Becomes too frightened to enter or finish an attraction.
• Requests a chicken exit.
• Leaves through a marked exit door.
• Is removed for violating attraction rules.
• Arrives on the wrong date or misses the selected arrival time.

Please carefully check your selected date, time and ticket type before completing your purchase.

Contact us as soon as possible if you make a purchasing error. Changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Report your lost item at the ticket booth.  They will take down your name and phone number and we will do our best to find your lost item.  However, we do not search for items during open hours.

• Flashing or strobe-style lighting
• Fog and theatrical effects
• Loud noises and sudden sounds
• Complete or near-complete darkness
• Moving or uneven surfaces
• Steps up or down
• Tight or enclosed spaces
• Startle scares
• Air effects
• Frightening images and characters
